I know you’ve all seen Debbie.    She is very dedicated and works out so hard.  We are especially happy to have her as our spokes person this month.  Be sure to meet her this month as Debbie is super friendly and will make you feel comfortable in class.

    Debbie says that she loves coming to Jenn and Wendy’s classes because they makes her feel so good.  Exercise also helps her to be more food conscious.  After working out she then wants to eat something healthy like a salad; and it shows.  Just looking at her, you can tell she is in great shape.  It’s great motivation when you can see your hard work paying off.  She keeps in shape even down the shore as her favorite activity is to bike ride. 

    Her daughter’s wedding is her motivation to achieve her goal of losing 20 lbs.  Her favorite class is Pilates because it is not too strenuous.  Instead, she is likes to use control in the muscle while stretching it.  She finds this class very relaxing to her mind and body after a long day of work.  Her activity is even high when she is at work, as she babysits small children all day.  You gotta give her credit!!!  Don’t worry, she keeps herself going with lots of water.  She claims, “Water is food… and I’M HUNGRY!!!”

Tri State Sports Aerobics Classes


Tri State Sports Complex 63 Concord Road in Aston, PA will be offering an Open House aerobics evening for anyone who wants to give group fitness a try.

The classes are scheduled to take place the last Thursday of each month.  The next night is on June 26, 2007.
